Acoustic Shielded Arc Discharge Liquid Improvement Reactor.

White Paper

Applications:

Note:
  • All described effects depend on the specific substances used and energy applied in the process.
  • To achieve the full-scale effect, ensure the protocol is followed correctly.
  • Key Features

    • Acoustic sound-damping layers ensure quiet operation during arc discharge treatment, supporting continuous industrial and domestic scale without excessive noise.
    • A high-voltage arc source with a voltage of up to 20 kV changes the composition of liquid and solid inclusions at the physical and molecular level.
    • Extended service life of electrodes.
    • EMI shielding, suppressing electromagnetic emissions and providing improved mechanical protection while keeping the overall camera weight low.
    • Pressure-locked inspection hatch guarantees operational safety and easy maintenance.
    • Quick-release couplings provide convenient inspection and maintenance of fluid circulation pipes.
    • Water seals prevent liquid from splashing out of the chamber.

    Capabilities of the Method

The method used here utilizes localized radiation in range UV-A , hydraulic shock, and high temperature to modify certain large molecules, form stable emulsions, and fracture brittle materials. It effectively disrupts or alters the structure of materials at the microscopic level, for example, by creating cavitation and high-energy pulses in liquid media.
    Note:
  • The method does not allow for any manipulation at the atomic level.
  • To achieve the full-scale effect, ensure the protocol is followed correctly.
